The hotel upgraded our room. It was spacious. the bed was comfortable. the location was close to the train station, a five-minute walk.

finding a third duvet took a while, and it was just a cover without the filling, during a cold january night. it was sorted, but it took a few phone calls.

The room was quite spacious.

The air conditioning did not work well. The soap holder in the bathroom was broken, so shampoos could not be held properly. I constantly heard noises that sounded like the air conditioning unit.
